Boot Camp Classes:

(for both members and non-members)

8:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
7:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
8:30 a.m. Saturday

Additional camps will be scheduled upon request with a minimum of 5 members.

Boot Camp classes are a good option for individuals seeking a mix of both cardio and strength training. Boot Camp members enjoy a supportive group atmosphere and a high energy workout with modifications provided as needed for varying fitness levels.

Personal Training:

Specialized Training is provided based on client needs, skills and desired outcome. Beginning Athletes are provided with instructions in the basic lifts and learning proper technique. Advanced athletes seeking to improve skills receive specialized instruction focused on strength, speed, agility, or sports specific skills. Olympic style weightlifting instruction is provided. Training to assist in weight loss and improve fitness is also available.
